GENERALFiltering is a very simple but efficient method to separate solids from all kinds of liquids. Drumfilters do not take much space and are very reliable. The filters not only separate sinkable solids but also the floating particles. |

HOW IT WORKSWater enters the drum most of the times on gravity. The water flows through the filterpanels out of the drum. |

The
solids are kept behind and tend to clog the filtercloth. As a result the
level inside the drum will rise. A levelswitch will start the drum turning; the sludge is sprayed into a trough. |
